RECOMMENDED ON EVERY MAJOR CRUISE LINE

the most surprising find in the islands

The Yoda Guy Movie Exhibit is the brainchild of "thatYodaGuy" Nick Maley, an international artist and Creature Effects Designer best known for his contribution to the creation of Yoda and other creatures for STAR WARS. It’s a small non-profit museum with a LOT of movie history packed inside.

We focus on the individuals and techniques that brought to life Yoda, Darth Vader, Chewbacca, MIB, the Terminator, Alien, Highlander, Superman, Lifeforce & more. It’s all packed inside, along with a Hollywood memorabilia store, celebrity signed production used relics and Nick's Caribbean art.  We are very fortunate to be a recommended stop on 15 cruise lines, described as “the most unique enterprise in the Caribbean.”

The museum was expanded in 2015/16 and the shop specializes in Original Production Used Relics that only a movie insider has access to.  Many are autographed by the stars.

If you are thinking about visiting us you might want to check out the reviews posted by past visitors or just keep scrolling.

Nick and his wife Gloria traded their Ferrari for a sailboat to focus more on Nick’s vibrant artwork.   You will often find them in the Museum Shop greeting passengers and hotel guests or working on a new item for the museum.

Nick autographs purchases that are $20.00 or over and if he is there will do dedications and photos with customers at no extra charge.

You can stay in touch with new developments via our facebook page. There you’ll learn about new additions to the museum, Nick's latest projects, new developments etc. You can also follow Nick at Twitter.

EXHIBIT OPENS

Nov 2011 the museum officially opens...
4 years in the making... and always a work in progress, learn about the museum's evolution and the phases of this project as Nick  recalls making classic films like THE SHINING, SUPERMAN, HIGHLANDER and, of course,  STAR WARS.

WHAT THE CRUISE SHIPS SAY

Royal Caribbean were the first to find Nick and his Caribbean Galleries and have recommended passengers to visit him for over 18 years.  Now featured on every major cruise line, read what the ships write in their onboard magazines about Nick and the Yoda Guy Movie Exhibit.

NON PROFIT

The museum is part of Nick's international drive to encourage youngsters to overcome peer pressure and live exceptional lives.  See FYSF.de.  Income from entrance fees, sales of movie items and any charitable contributions go directly to pay exhibit costs, expenses and staff.

WHAT VISITORS SAY

  • MET HIM WE DID

“The reviews do not lie. This is one of the most unique museums I've ever visited.  Nick "that Yoda guy" was right there working in the museum.  I'm a star wars nerd so my wife bought me a picture that Nick signed and personalized for me without us even asking him. What a down to earth guy!”

  • DO OR DO NOT, BUT DO!

"How do you say thanks adequately to someone who has given you a lifetime treasure? If you skip this it is a loss you will feel in the force! Watching Yoda talk and move like the Yoda I grew up to know was amazing. Listening to Nick talk and meeting him and Gloria makes you a teenager again."

  • A MUST FOR ALL STAR WARS

    AND MOVIE FANS

So interesting with lots of movie memorabilia and the actual Yoda. Nick Mailey and his wife were so friendly and interesting. I could have spent my whole afternoon there. Very much worth the $10 for the tour.

  • STAR WARS FANS REJOYCE!

This is an amazing "store" to visit. IT is worth the $10 to walk through the exhibits even if you do not buy any art. If you were ver a Star Wars fan this is a must see. I learned a lot.
